Created by a licensed clinical social worker and therapist with over 30 years of experience, this program translates time-tested therapeutic tools into accessible, real-life strategies.

The 12 week course unfolds across three core sections; you begin learning practical tools from the very first session. Each section builds on the one before it, creating a progression of skills you can personalize into a sustainable approach to managing overwhelm.
